- Michele PiazzaHello , hope you both are well . I see the prices coming down in our range . I wish the one in Sherwood was down stairs . That is a community we like . We need pet friendly also . Our lease is up in August so we are really keeping an eye out . And need a garage . If you can set it up so I do not get pending unless something fall's through and you think it would be good . 2bed and a den would be great and some what open kitchen or all open .. Thank you again .
